    all som bes?ker Ukraina.

I visited Savka’s Khutir together with my wife, my sister and her husband, and two friends in July
2009. It was a memorable experience. First we were shown the open-air museum. How did a ukrainian
fram function in the old days. We were invited to try different tools used at the farm. After
seeing the open-air museum we were invited to eat Ukrainian food and drink vodka prepared in the
old way. While eating a group of women sang traditional Ukrainian songs for us. The music went on
also after we had finished the meal. I could have listened longer but finally our Ukrainian friends
felt it was time to leave. I can higly recommend a visit at Savka’s Khutir to everybody visiting
    Ukraine.
