A little bit of history
What do you think our ancestors put in the first course long before Peter I and John III Sobieski introdused in their countries the consumption of potatoes? Right – millet and other grains. Kulish extremely simple in preparation, so it is called “wild porridge”. Not surprisingly it was boiled by the cossacks in the raid and by the chumaks in the road.
Kulish – is a dish, which could be varyed even daily. For months it have been eaten by chumaks – all were satisfied and none of gastritis did not mention. The one, who made kulish, was a respectable man among chumaks or cossacks. This case haven’t been trusted to some one. Kulish have being prepared on fire with the addition of mushrooms, butter, garlic and fat with onion, from which it acquired a pleasant smell and extraordinary taste.
It wouldn’t be out of place to scramble the egg, and pour it on for five minutes until the dish will be done.

Don’t say no to yourself in satisfaction to submerge into 18-th century and on a few hours feel yourself as a Ukrainian chumak on the march.

- you will be meted by real traditional family weared in folk clothes with bread & salt and didukhs
- you’ll have an opportunity to see a during barn, where you will be teached how to grind flour on the 100 years old millstones
- we’ll peep to the smithy, where smith already blows up the furs and makes burning hot duty piece of iron
- we’ll tell about ancient traditions of process of making home-made vodka on the example of age-old distiller
- we’ll show you an ancient cart, on which about 200 years ago chumaks went by salt.
We’ll arrange an alfresco lunch
- real cossack’s kulish on butter with just a fire (тільки-но з вогню)
- “lazy varenyk’s” boiled just on a fire
- backed on a fire potatoe with bacon
- bread, littlesalted cucumbers
Drinks:
- stewed fruit (non-alcohol)
- young natural wine variety “Isabella”
- homemade horilka (Ukrainian vodka) of some species on a basilic, on a galingale, on an anise and on a sweet-grass

Cost: 130 UAH per visitor. Minimal quantity of visitors – 8 persones.
Your order becomes actual from the moment of bringing 30% of advance.
It is possible to order additionally an appearance of ethnographic collectives which will add a little bit of merriments for your company with witty jokes and inflammatory songs.
