Ukrainian wedding is almost 3000-year experience of the beginning of family life. This sacred rite at all times had an outstanding role in the fate of two lovers, in destinies of two families.

Ukrainian wedding ceremony impresses by the spiritual depth of rite, brightness of action and humor of thinking.

All songs, bywords and ritual actions are intended to “set” the fate of the marriage on fortunately and mutual consent.

Each wedding byword is kind of ancient essence of harmony, a verbal embodiment of most cherished dreams and wishes. As usual merriage want health, good children, family happiness, harmony in the house.

The progress of wedding?

Traditional wedding usually consists of following rites:

• “wedding ransom”
• “decoration of loaf”
• combination of two families with a towel on the holy bread
• rite “to pass over the crane”
• linking scarf on bride’s head
• music and song accompaniment of the wedding event
• and finally – the rite of “mooving wedding chests”

Taste dishes from the stove

Dishes of “Festive” menu:

• borsch with meat
• garlic donuts
• stewed potato
• black pudding or homemade sausage at your choice
• сabbage rolls or mushroom stuffed pancakes at your choice
• potato pancakes with onion and bacon
• varenyky of two species on your choice (cottage cheese, with poppy-seeds, with cabbage, with bilberry)
• sandwiches with fat & mustard
• slightly salted cucumbers, sauerkraut, horseradish

Drinks:

• stewed fruit (non-alcohol)
• young natural wine variety “Isabella”
• homemade horilka (Ukrainian vodka) of some species on basilic, galingale and anise

Duration of action: 3 hours, for each additional hour – 30 UAH per person

Cost: 300 UAH per visitor.

Your order becomes actual from the moment of bringing 30% of advance.

It is possible to order additionally an appearance of ethnographic collectives which will add a little bit of merriments for your company with witty jokes and inflammatory songs.
